Shipping & Delivery
As part of our Free Shipping Policy, every order within the 48 contiguous United States is shipped free and insured to your destination. For shipments to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI), an additional shipping and handling fee is required. If applicable, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your purchase to receive an estimate cost of your additional shipping and handling fee; in the email, please include your shipping address, the product part number(s), and the quantity per product part number. We do not require a Signature Service as part of our Free Shipping Policy. If you would like to include a Signature Service on your shipments, please contact us prior to your purchase to receive an estimate cost of this service.

Returns & Replacements
Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with every Illuminada.com purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding applicable shipping and handling charges). We apologize that personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
Return Shipment Instructions: If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please insure and ship your merchandise within its original packaging to the address shown on your packing slip. Please include the necessary information requested on the back of your packing slip (i.e. your full name and shipping address). We recommend insuring your return shipment, since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our operations center. Shipping Errors & Damages: If a shipping error occurs or your merchandise arrives damaged, please call us right away at 1-800-496-4776 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your order number, name, shipping address, and a description of what happened. We will reply to your inquiries as soon as possible. If necessary, a freight claim will be filed against the shipping carrier. We request that you please comply with any freight claim procedures, such as speaking with a shipping carrier representative to discuss and confirm the shipping error(s) and/or damage(s) associated with your particular situation. If a replacement is necessary and the item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your merchandise for a different product, please fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the packing slip. Please include the product part number(s) and the quantity per product part number you would like in exchange for the merchandise being returned. Be sure to include this form with your returned merchandise. If the price of the returned merchandise exceeds the price of the merchandise in exchange, please include payment for the additional amount. Returns: Fill out the form on the back of your packing slip as you would for an exchange (see "Exchanges" for more details). If you are returning the item, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the returned merchandise.
